THE WAY I WORK

Clear thinking, without judgment.

I like to understand how things actually work before deciding what should change. Whether it’s a business process, a kitchen, or a move, the useful questions are usually the same: What keeps getting stuck? What matters most? What would make this easier?

I don’t start with a favorite app, organizing method, or one-size-fits-all system. Sometimes the answer is better technology. Sometimes it’s a simpler sequence, a clearer place for things to live, or fewer moving parts altogether.

I don’t push minimalism. The goal is to make the things you want to keep easier to use and manage, while being honest about what the space can comfortably hold.

The goal is not a system that looks impressive for a day. It’s one that still works in real life.
